Room in good conditions, good access, very good located.ideal for solo or couple Travellers. Bathroom very tiny, drain of sink and shower was getting hard time to make to water flow down...

Room was fine, and clean. Bed was okay but on soft side. Bathroom was terribly maintained. Shower drain pooled substantially, door hardly worked, exhaust fan was blocked etc. Place worked and location is convenient. Really about your priorities.

It was really good stay. Very close to Roma termini and room had all the required amenities. It even had electric iron and electric kettle which helped us a lot. The check-in process was smooth

Air conditioning was great. Security code for all entrances. Close to the Termini, lots of restaurants and everything is walking distance.

Noisy and cold showers

The flat itself is nicely renovated and cleaned daily and the room are basic but nice and the beds are comfortable. BUT, and this is a huge but.. The noise levels are ridiculous. You cannot hear your neighbours through the wall but you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the front room and hallway. Which means you are woken up several.times a night, from other guests getting back, or having conversation, closing doors, making cofee etc. Something has to be done about the acoustics. Also, there is absolutely no hot eater in the shower.

Very convenient location and very comfortable lodging, and a nice espresso machine in the lobby. Great place to stay.

Everything was perfect from cleanliness to location. There was a great restaurant right across the street where we ate both nights. The room was just like a hotel room which met our needs.

No comforts

Area is not the most secure or clean, but the room looks as in the pictures. There was a fridge and water boiler in the room. Sound isolation was good. Shower had poor water pressure and most cold water.
