Great hotel overall! Very clean and modern, breakfast was really good, and there is complimentary coffee and croissants in the hotel lobby at all times. The city center is easily accessible using public transport, and a taxi/uber ride is really quick as well.

I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.

B&B Hotel Carabanchel Great stay! The staff were welcoming, especially the kind ladies at reception. Clean and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, and a 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate machine—perfect for the cold weather. Convenient location near transport, Madrid city center, and the Islazul outlet for shopping. Highly recommended!

Hotel der fungerer ude for Madrid

Vi havde en rigtig dejlig ankomst med en meget varm og professionel modtagelse af Monica, som straks fik os til at føle os velkomne. Hun var desuden en stor hjælp med information om, hvordan vi kunne komme til byen med offentlig transport. Værelset var flot indrettet med lækre velkomstgaver i form af vand og snacks, og espressomaskinen var et klart hit. Vi sætter også stor pris på, at hotellet har fokus på miljøvenlige løsninger. En særlig tak til natportieren Pablo, der var utroligt hjælpsom med anbefalinger til, hvad vi burde se og opleve i området. Morgenbuffeten var generelt god, men kunne med fordel være opdateret mere løbende. For eksempel var æggene ikke helt friske kl. 9.30, og de måtte tilberedes igen flere gange i løbet af morgenen. Friskpresset appelsinjuice var et lækkert indslag, men vi savnede en skål med isterninger til at holde den kold – det ville både forbedre smagsoplevelsen og potentielt give hotellet en besparelse. Alt i alt havde vi et rigtig dejligt ophold og vil med glæde anbefale hotellet, især for den imødekommende service og de fine detaljer på
