Fantastic Hotel, could not fault it at all. Hotel itself is very modern, very well maintained and spotless. All of the staff (owner/reception, breakfast and housekeeping) are friendly, professional and accommodating - couldn't ask for anything better. Breakfast was superb, available 7- 10. The selection was extensive / plentiful and well stocked. Omelettes highly recommended. Views from the breakfast room out towards the old town are great. Pool area is great and quiet - loungers are very comfortable. Caught the sun for an hour after breakfast whilst planning the day. Offroad parking too should you need it. Hotel is in quiet residential area - approx 2km downhill walk to old town. On a bus route too. Ubers / Volt back from the old town were plentiful and approx 6eu. Highly recommend!!

I am a Solo traveler who sometimes gets nervous, and just worried about my safety in general, especially when it comes to hotels. But I am telling you now, this hotel might as well be a Five star hotel. I felt safe and wanted! The breakfast was amazing!!! The view! The view was spectacular! The cleanness of house keeping ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The only thing I did find a bit questionable was that the room doors do have a double locks. It is a safe area I understand, but something stronger would be nice . Otherwise amazing stay. And the older gentleman at the front desk, I appreciate the conversation! I hope u get well soon. This is the place to be!!

The hotel is conveniently located outside old town in a quiet residential area. Our room had a very large terrace, and the room was also big. Although the hotel has wall-to-wall carpeting throughout, it appeared clean. Bonus is the very good breakfast.

Me and my partner spent 4 days in this beautiful hotel and I must say it was worth every penny paid. The location is not too far from zadar airport and to the beach. The room was well equipped and very clean. I really enjoyed the days at the pool side. There are so many tasty restaurants near by! The 2 ladies at the breakfast room were so lovely and helpful with various requests! The owner of the hotel was very kind and friendly! We will definitely be back! Amazing hospitality!

The hotel is really amazing, very nice staff, impressive facilities and a really nice breakfast. The only down point is the location 40min walking to zadar centre and with almost no shoppings or restaurants around. Uber cost 5 euros to the town centre, very affordable even for the ones who prefer not hiring a car. It was a quite good experience, would be returning for sure. Strongly recommend the stay in Liburnum Hotel.

The owner of the property is an amazing guy very friendly. All the staff in the breakfast room and cleaners are really nice people. They were very relaxed and chilled. Close to the airport and easy to get taxi to old town. The property is beautiful and really peaceful. The room was lovely and well maintained as well as designed. The facility of this hotel is excellent, more than I expected. The bed was comfortable so I could sleep best on my 11-day trip. The terrace is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. I enjoyed the well-prepared breakfast, where I could enjoy the sea view while eating. The only thing that I might complain about, albeit minor, is that you might sometimes wait for the receptionist.
