The bed was comfortable. The doors slam shut and the elevator dings really loudly so if you are a light sleeper, you might not get a good night sleep.
The front desk employee/manager is horrible. I ran a marathon (26.2 miles) in the morning and made it back to the hotel at 10:45 to take a 5 minute shower. While in the shower, the front desk employee banged on the door! My shower was actually less than 5 minutes so I left the room at 10:59. Checkout is 11:00. When I asked her why she was banging on the door she replied, "We had you checking out today." I said, "Um, yes, I am leaving now - it's 11:00- checkout time." She was extremely rude and inappropriate. Did she think I wanted to hang out there? She then said, "I sincerely apologize," but clearly did not mean it at all.
I travel all over the country and this employee is one of the worst that I've encountered.
