Our stay at Perla Hotel was absolutely fantastic. With lovely rooms and breathtaking scenery and amazing waters to swim in. What really stood out was the high quality service and support from the reception. It really was the cherry on top. The location was also perfect, and a beautiful boardwalk that takes you to the old town and further in to Herceg Novi. Would recommend everyone to book this stay.

Amazing room and view, and great reception, porter and cleaning staff. However, numerous poor experiences with waiters and waitresses in the afternoon and evening time including poor service. The cooked breakfast options were mainly cold. Slightly disappointing given the price paid to stay here. Would recommend Prova Restaurant down the promenade - great meals, served hot and large portions, with great service and low prices.

We were only here one night before flying out of Dubrovnik but it was a vwry welcome stay after the mess of Kotor Old Town. This property was spotless. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was a Deluxe Double (King bed) with seaview and balcony. We were in the building above the main hotel off the walkway and it was nice and quiet. We didn't have any food but it appeared they had a breakfast and dinner buffet available. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cloudy and overcast otherwise we would have swam in the bay. Very beautiful, peaceful property. Highly recommend as a break to relax.

Loved my stay here. Reception staff so friendly and helpful as was our first time in Herceg Novi. Breakfast was excellent and hotel arranged taxi transfer to Tivat airport for us which cost 70 euro. This was very efficient and driver very professional and gave us lots of information about the country and town. Would stay again and book the private transfer.

Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town.

This is a very clean, well located hotel for travellers and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The balcony had no view whatsoever though. The beach club is beautiful and serene, looking out across the bay. Loved it. Breakfast was a very wide selection - all good food, but two downsides: 1. There was only one working coffee machine and a two slice toaster (well, four, but one side was broke) for the whole restaurant. This led to long queues every morning. 2. The waiting staff, whilst very polite, didn’t wait upon the staff as such. They just cleared up. When I asked for a pot of hot water and some milk for tea (I brought my own bags), they just pointed to the hot water option on the coffee machine. Finally, if you’re looking for a gym, this hotel DOES NOT have a proper gym. It’s a ramshackle death trap of broken equipment and two kettle bells.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Perla Hotel in Herceg Novi, Montenegro! Super friendly, lovely room and in a scenic part of the coastal inlet that provided that relaxing feel we were after! The reception staff, Jovana, Žana & Ljubica couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay, nothing was too much to ask, top marks for customer service! Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful sea and surrounded by mountains, and all after my initial early morning swim! Praise too for our hotel transfer driver, Rade, he was absolutely wonderful and boy was he super informative! We used his service on another occasion, taking us to the neighbouring town of Perast, the best couple of hours being taught about the history of his beloved country! Brilliant! The country is a picturesque and unspoilt gem! Thank you to all for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure! Andy and Amanda (UK) June 2026
