Would be great if lightining from the street could be upgraded. In some areas is very dark and since the street is not flat (rocky) could be dangerous.

I arrived, my stuff was put in my room, no communication, no WiFi, it was very dark, the hot water doesn’t work well, and the rooms are depressing with really really bad lighting. Each time I needed something I had to go downstairs, because no one replied at WhatsApp. In the morning I asked for a latte, it took forever and they brought coffee. They told me I had to pay extra for the room because I didn’t check out on time, even though I told them to just take the stuff out of my room and I was going to walk around. Please train your staff to communicate and be better engaged with your guests. The service was very very bad, unfortunately.

EL lugar está hermoso! es la segunda vez que visitamos.. solo sugerimos mayor privacidad en el baño.. sentimos que estamos muy expuestos al no tener aislada la zona del XC.. y extrañamos los desayunos!!
