The Landing property made for a perfect stay! Beautiful, quiet, and clean space! The bed was amazingly comfortable! Having a washer, dryer, and vacuum in the unit was so useful while traveling with a 3 year old. The shops and restaurants in walking distance were so convenient. Location: Great. Right on the main road near UAB Hospital. Grocery and eateries within walking distance. Check-in : Poor. International phone and card holders BEWARE! the managers will not send an information to an international number. The check-in process is not explained clearly and can be an absolute nightmare. There are NO staff on-site/ NO front desk / Entrance on the main road -WILL BE MISSED as there is no indication that its the entrance. Room facilities & Cleanliness: i have to give this one 5 STARS!! Well equipped and absolutely clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. They even included a few bottle waters and snacks. The location was very convenient with publix and restaurants nearby. Parking area was well lit and right behind the building. Great experience. I would stay here again.

This is an OUTSTANDING place to stay! Conveniently located right across from UAB Kirklin Clinic, it was perfect while my son was an inpatient. The apartment was great for working remotely, and I could easily walk to Publix, Starbucks, Outback, and Rock & Roll Sushi. Parking in Midtown can be challenging due to UAB traffic, but the location more than makes up for it. Highly recommend for anyone needing easy access to UAB or Midtown amenities!

My wife is at UAB and her stay has turned into a marathon. I found this property on Expedia and picked it for the location and the price. It’s 2 blocks from the hospital. Publix is about 2 blocks away which is very convenient. I’m enjoying the apartment it has everything I need and actually looks like the pictures 👍 I definitely would recommend this property if travels bring you to Birmingham Al.

We ❤️’d it here. Super cute place, great communication from the renters, we ubered a lot to have fun & drink & got rides quickly. We had a rental car as well & parking wasn’t an issue at all. Felt very safe in the area & outside which is super important when your traveling when your not familiar with the area. There’s lots of restaurants close by & a Publix literally in walking distance if eating out isn’t your vibe. Super close to the airport as well which is a huge bonus. Book before it goes!!

When I got to this property, there were no sheets on the bed. There were stains on the toliet lid. I was able to get my sheets but not until 11pm at night. Stay went good after that. Provided plenty of snacks and other items for my stay. Very nice place and in the perfect location, just wish the sheets were there and bathroom was cleaner.

Pros: cleanliness, locations, price. Cons: I had issues with them sending me messages everyday about submitting my documents when I had already done it which was super annoying. Had to call them twice to get it squared away. Someone got pretty loud screaming and fighting in the hallway but that happens anywhere. Bring an Eye mask if you need complete darkness to sleep. Shower pressures were pretty weak.
