Worst family trip

We to see my daughter graduate at Binghamton. Book 3 weeks prior. When I got there, could not get into room, the room was nasty, dirty rug, leaking ceiling tiles, lumpy bed, furniture dated and disgusting. Shower handle was damaged and toilet was taking long to flush.. there is honestly nothing positive about this place. Rooms stink of cigarettes.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! NO MATTER WHAT!! Dirty and the only access to enter is by a keypad to both front doors and the room keypad was shakey at best. No front desk service, bathroom was disgusting with mold. Whatever positive commits you read or nice pictures you see are all LIES! I've stayed at some bad places before, but this one tops them all. In this case, I will say NEVER AGAIN!!

Very quiet and as a single female traveling, I felt safe. The bed was extremely comfortable, and overall very clean room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. It took me a few minutes to figure out the virtual check-in. But once I did with the help of an employee who happened to be on-site, everything else was a breeze.

This is the most unique hotel i have ever stayed in. There is no receptionist and no check in procedure. As soon as you book your room, the company texts you all the necessary information to start your stay. The facility was clean and quiet and the room was very nice. Plus the price was very good. I highly recommend staying here.
