Check in/check out was easy. Common areas need a good cleaning. Room was okay but air-con was way too noisy.

Kiteville was kind of weird because there wasn’t any people or a lobby in there, the only person we saw was tending to the landscaping area. So we didn’t like that, and the fact that we needed codes to get in there and into our room. But the rest was okay except for there was a spider in our bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room itself was comfortable with a lovely outdoor view of the waterfront. However, the exterior of the property definitely needs attention. The grass around the hotel was noticeably overgrown, making the grounds look unkempt and difficult to enjoy. It was disappointing not to be able to walk around and take in the scenic area due to the lack of maintenance. Additionally, the outdoor trash container remained full for the entire duration of our stay, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. With some basic landscaping and upkeep, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant experience, especially considering the natural beauty of its location.
