This hotel is a true gem in Coyoacan, Mexico. We had an exceptional experience with their service and comfort. It is situated on one of the most beautiful streets in Coyoacan, Francisco Sosa. The 18-minute walk to “la plaza de Coyoacan” didn't bother us at all. We really loved it because it was surrounded by charming little shops and restaurants. Ms. Ana and her staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We felt safe all the time. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here again.

It is a true boutique hotel with an amazing architecture and interior design, a unique blend between authentic colonial style with modern fixtures. I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical whatsoever. And again the noise was too unbearable. The staff was lovely though.

Absolutely stunning property, but most importantly Anna and her staff made us feel like family. This is a 10/10 property located on the premier street in Coyocan. Walking distance to the Coyocan Plaza. Spacious room with outstanding bed and bedding. Immaculately clean. Beautiful furnishings and luxurious bath. The courtyard and plaza are welcoming. 24 hours security and guard who welcomes you each time you press the entry button. Once again, I just can't stress enough how much this feels like the luxury home you always wanted with a family you love. One of my very best stays in my entire life. I can't wait to return and see my family. Really, its an oasis.

Attention from managers Paula, Natalia, + Eric was outstanding. Kitchen staff cheerful and kind. Samuel was very helpul, especially with our technical problems. The double queen room was clean + spacious with windows opening on the courtyard. Beds very comfortable. Breafast (not included) was very nice. Quiet neighbourhood.
