The rooms was clean I wished that housekeeping would come around and ask if you need some more towels and wash clothes but overall I loved my stay

Pretty sure they didn't actully clean the room before I checked in. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower and a towl was tossed on the bathroom counter as though it had bern used. Also, only 2 pillows and neither had a pillow case.

Very clean nice basic place to spend the night or a week most rooms have a nice kitchenette that is absolutely NOT stocked with anything. They will sell you pots and pans and other items. I would stay again

The only thing i wasn’t happy with is the site didn’t have a pool. other than that id definitely stay again. i loved the full refrigerator and the stove top.

While the room was very clean, the bed was not very comfortable and the ac unit was extremely loud. The towels, pillows and toiletries were cheap and lacking. The worst part was the loud music being played all night in a nearby room. There was no one at the front desk to call, and it really made for a poor night’s sleep.

Don't hesitate to stay here. I live 2 miles from the hotel and I stayed at this hotel when I got out of the hospital the girls at the desk are great and the hotel is awesome. To me it is a 5 star hotel. Great price to.

The hotel itself was in a good neighborhood and property well maintained. If you arrive after hours, you'll have to check in at the kiosk. The issues I had were the elevator was broken so you have to take the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Good luck if you're handicapped and have a room on any other floor except the 1st floor. The bathroom had leftover hair in the shower and on the floor. And last, bugs. Ants, silverfish, and roaches. I choose this hotel because it had great reviews and I didn't want to be in a trashy hotel for my child's graduation from Basic training.

Paid and got room keys earlier in the day. Later that night I was locked out and was told I had to pay a deposit to get in. This happened multiple times when I renewed the room

Rooms should have a clean smell room temp should be set with out having moisture on the floor

It is definitely an extended stay place. We heard every footstep of the room above us, through my headphones and music. Not the hotels fault, really, that folks were loud but I'd ask for a room higher up or one with no one above me if I stayed here again.

Everything was satisfactory.. the staff was nice and helpful. Parking was easy and close. Even the rooms were clean and just what I needed for my business trip.
