Stumbled across last minute availability as we were passing through, the property is impressive, lovely setting. We were in a little duplex which was very well finished and comfortable with a great spa bath! We also had time for a quick dip in the pool which is small but lovely! Only downside Restaurant was unfortunately closed so we didn’t get a chance to try it and hadn’t realised this meant the bar was also closed

Its all about the welcome

Stayed here as the last leg of our road trip through europe before bost home. Wanted a relaxing spa hot tub etc. The place looks amazing on way up drive. But the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was nice but felt like no one owed it and not sure if we were suposed to be there. The spa was shut so no hot tub. Felt a bit like you should be privileged to be there. Shae really because the venue is amazing

AMAZING PLACE, FANTASTIC FOOD, AND STAFF

What a beautiful Hotel. We arrived late but were still able to book for dinner in the restaurant. We had the most beautiful room and we had a really good nights sleep, with our two dogs in the room too. Lovely people, very kind and accommodating in every way. Dinner was absolutely delicious and I can honestly say the best dessert I have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel to one and all. It was an absolute bargain for the calibre of establishment. Wonderful, if I could give it 10 stars I would. Just the best. We loved it for an overnight stopover on our way to the south of France. Exquisite.

The location is nice, so is the hotel. BUT….. the rest is a nightmare, the staff is nowhere to be found, the rooms were not ready and the owner is grumpy not cooperative and rude. The restaurant she said was closed so we needed to go somewhere else. No help, no recommendations and no reservation made. Coming back after diner… you guessed it, the restaurant was open and for 3/4 occupied! Next morning there were 4 tables set up for breakfast, no service, no nothing. This Hotel and restaurant is recommended in Les Collectionneurs, please do not take this serious!

Superbe domaine avec 1 très bon accueil au niveau du personnel en général et tout confondu. Avec ma femme nous avons passés un très bon week-end ou elle a eu 1 soin, d'où elle en est sortie enchantée. Très belle chambre spacieuse et équipée comme il faut. Malheureusement et tant mieux pour eux, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de découvrir leur cuisine, ils étaient complet par 1 mariage, dont je signale que les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Nous avons été très bien dirigés sur des restaurants aux alentours et qui nous a permis de découvrir la ville. Le petit déjeuner était bien fait et accueillant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et sans aucune appréhension, espérant découvrir sa gastronomie cette fois-ci. Petit bémol perso, le tarif sur les animaux domestiques est peut-être un peu onéreux( 20,00€).

Agréable séjour mais les chambres sont inégales en qualité et en décoration. Aucune prise électrique dans la chambre c'est embêtant. Dosettes de café offertes au compte goutte, juste 2 et de mauvaise qualité. Une demi bouteille d'eau offerte. Mini bar HS. Cadre très agréable malgré tout. Literie de qualité moyenne car c'est un faux lit double, juste 2 matelas accolés. Pour un trois étoiles, c'est décevant.
