Nice stay!

Lovely stay at Nikki beach - staff at the check in were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room was nice with a very comfortable bed. It is on the quieter side of the island which is lovely with a clean beach, which we preferred as the pool was way too hot. The food at the hotel after breakfast was quiet expensive and not as nice as the cafe across from the hotel ‘moms’

As the first hotel of the Nikki chain, the hotel does require an extensive refurbishment to restore its former glory but the vibe, the food and the service makes up for it. If you want sunsets, it’s perfect for it!

On behalf of myself and partner thank you for our stay it was truly wonderful. I felt so looked after really the staff are so genuine and kind.i had a bit of a disaster and sprained my ankle down some steps The lady at the beach club was so kind and attentive bringing me ice and a lovely soothing balm and plaster,again when I had a horrendous blister they gave me alcohol,dressing and gauze I couldn’t believe how nice everyone was assisting me getting around it made the trip really lovely despite being a bit injured from bad footwear! The food is simply exquisite we particularly loved breakfast such lovely tentative staff made me smile always The bbq and fire show was outstanding and we absolutely loved our day lounging at the beach club The rooms are spotless really beautiful and well layed out. the communication is the best I have ever received wit any company. Housekeeping were such a bunch of gorgeous people always making every effort to provide us with such comforts The view and situation is tranquil and serene I really enjoyed my stay with the team at Nikki beach and I hope they are forever treated with the grace and respect they treat there customers with Much love

Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. Nice hotel in a quiet area

We had a great stay at Nikki Beach Samui. We booked a garden villa and enjoyed our luxurious room. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel has great facilities. The hotel is located in a more quiet area of Samui. The only minor downside for us was the fact that the minimum spend for the beach club also applies to hotel guest. Although hotel guests receive a discount on the minimum spend amount, we found this a bit strange. Especially since we booked a villa which is one of their most expensive rooms.

We had the honeymoon suite which looked directly over the water. The view was amazing. 30 meters from the beach, which is tiny, but lovely to swim in. I should have done my research a bit better as this particular suite is the closest to the 'Day Club' and loud music plays from noon until sunset. The service was friendly and attentive.

Recommended stay in Koh Samui

Nikki Beach is in the calmer, more enjoyable, western part of Koh Samui, from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The hotel design is very nice, and curated, both in indoor and outdoor areas. Common areas are really beautiful, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, that was also very spacious: an amazing place to chill and recharge. Breakfast was very good and varied, and service was of very high level: all the staff was helpful and kind. We also tried the spa, which was a good experience. The only annoying part for me was the dj music in one of the pools, from around midday: you could not hear it from the rooms, but in the breakfast and restaurant area it was a bit too much for me. The other, calmer and longer pool was amazing also to swim.

We had a wonderful time, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a garden villa and were happy with how private it was, especially as the surrounding villas weren’t occupied. We almost booked the ocean view villa but the garden villa has more privacy and actually we could still glimpse the ocean from sitting on our font deck. Food was good! A great buffet breakfast with A la carte options. There was a thai food restaurant across the road that we really liked to eat at as well. One thing to note is that the main pool is a beach club daily so has loud house music playing from noon until 7pm which can be heard throughout the entire hotel. There is a quieter pool that we could enjoy. Before the beach club music the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, we had the loveliest mornings and evenings relaxing by the ocean and swimming in the pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our 1 year old enjoyed playing with the toys in the kids club room as well.

Breakfast is exquisit! Very many options from home made jam to sweet treats, hot food items, canapés, healthy shakes to wrap options. Food and drinks in the restaurants however are overpriced but there are dining options around that are absolutely worth a try. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and closeness to beach. Staff could be a little less on their phone and more knowledgeable about the hotel and its offerings/ happenings. First night we booked a table in the escape restaurant on the beach with fire show and nobody knew anything about it. They even told us that there was no fire show until we asked about the 3rd person! We also never received an email reply for airport transfer on the way here. We then just took a taxi from the airport (about 40min drive)! The hotel organized us a scooter - definitely recommendable. That way you can explore the island by yourself! The hotel itself could use some renovation especially maybe during off season. Sanding the front porches or repairing the wood on the sun beds/couches would be good. That looked a little worn out! Overall nice stay on a beautiful island :)

Great hotel and facilities

The hotel is beautiful..I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms that surround the long lap pool. Room was comfortable, clean, chic. Shower had great water pressure and the a/c worked great. Service was excellent, all staff always met me with a yes and a friendly smile. I loved the rice snacks they offered every night for turn down service. I would stay here again despite the following feedback: the food at the beach club was good enough for having a fresh meal during the day. I booked dinner at the separate restaurant hoping to be wowed, but it was more of the same..I tried various dishes on the menu and nothing left an impression (except for the coconut creme brulee). There are not very many other options nearby so was a bit disappointed by the mid food. Restaurant definitely needs a menu refresh. Other comment is that even guests have to reach the minimum spend per day for a daybed at the beach club..I was alone so found it hard to hit the limit each day (even with the min spend being 50% less for guests). Pls consider eliminating this for guests esp during low season. I would have gone to the beach club everyday and had lunch there but didnt bc of this (the beach club was completely empty for my entire stay).

Nikki Beach 2 Bed Villa

The Nikki Beach Resort is in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to have a two bed villa that overlooked the sea, had its own pool and it was fabulous. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I have to stay it didn’t fill me with confidence, the curb appeal isn’t the greatest for a five star hotel, there seems to be no service entrance so workers are constantly in and out. The check in procedure was far too long, especially considering we arrived at 3:30pm, and we were growing impatient, plus the welcome drink wasn’t the best (1st world problems!). Cleaning and servicing the rooms was also long and often occurred in the afternoon, so turn down and cleaning were not separated, however they did a good job and kept us stocked up with water. Breakfast was good from a food perspective, the staff were friendly but slightly lackadaisical and the coffee and ordered breakfast items could take a while to come out. I can’t review lunch, cocktails, dinner etc….as the prices were astronomical and I didn’t want to ruin the holiday by paying well over the odds for a drink you could get across the road for less than half the price. Overall, I’m really glad we had a villa but drinks are ridiculously expensive and don’t expect anything to be quick…. Go out for food and drinks or stock up at 7/11.

Nikki Hotel Samui, is far away from a 5 star hotel. Staff member: Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Waiters, unprofessional manners. Far from Nikki standards. A group of them are cohesive and they don’t give any attention of the customer’s needs ( while i paid top dollars ). Hotel conditions: The hotel need a renovation. Doors cracked in the room. Showers doesn’t work properly. Wood floor damage. Facilities: The hotel doesn’t offer any particular activities to make their customer spend their days. Only house music in the pool area. Outside of the hotel, there is absolutely nothing, rather then some restaurant. Hotel restaurant: Food quality is poor. Cuisine is a mix from Mediterranean and Thai. Breakfast terrible, poor choices . Even a cappucino was awful. Drinks at the pool, are made without any skill. I believe they learnt by themself, otherwise a simply Mojito, can not be that terrible ( while they asking up to 15 dollars ). Price: Everything is extremely overprices. There is a lots of work to do for the new Manager.
