The bed was hard as a rock only 2 flat pillows and there wasnt many channels on TV. You get what you pay for i guess

No intercom to communicate with reception ! The room given was a smoke room. I am not a smoker. I couldn’t sleep during most of the night with that heavy stinking smell to cigarette and smoke. All my clothes caught that smell.

The staff was very helpful, kind, and good. The room was spacious, tidy, and cozy. The bed was really comfortable. The price was excellent. ideally situated for everything, with plenty of dining and shopping options close by. When I visit, I will most certainly stay. These are excellent hotels to stay in if you or your loved ones ever need a room the size of an apartment with a functional kitchen! They even advertise that you can use the facilities in the common kitchen.

The room was disgusting. I opened the room and went into the bathroom only to see cockroaches in there. The bed linens had blood stains on the area by the pillows that was turned down - there was no possible way of missing it. The walls were chipped - it was truly the worst hotel room I have ever been in. The guy at the desk barely spoke English and was extremely difficult to understand. He acted bothered even as I checked in. Needless to say, we left without staying there. I honestly would not let my dog stay in that room.

The bathroom was disgusting and had some kind of black mold all over it. The hotel was extremely unhelpful about it as well. Would never stay here again. The floors were dirty and almost none of the lights worked. 0/10

I enjoyed my stay the King size bed was amazing. If anythings went wrong they sent someone right away. The maintenance man was very sweet he told me he has only been there a few weeks but he is working real hard to keep the place up. The price isn't too bad it was pretty good. I definitely visit again. It was nice and peaceful.

Roach,bed bugs,wires under the microwave sticking out,fire alarm ripped off the wall,watched one run across the bed. Moved to a different room other side opened door more on the floor.hotel.com tried to contact them but phone and email ignored them no refund didn’t even stay there !! Homeless people and drug deals in parking lot a real Dumpster dive

You have to pay $10 a day to park in the parking lot at the hotel you already paid for. No free breakfast of any kind.
