Unit is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The location is excellent and conveniently located about 5 minutes from Port Everglades and 15 minutes from central beach or downtown. Great restaurants and retail within walking distance. Includes 1 parking space and the host is responsive. I'd recommend.

This property is in a central location close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The property itself was not always clean and our shower curtain needed a replacement. The host was responsive.

10/10 Exceptional

Wanted to find a place within walking distance to the Broward County Convention Center that also had a kitchen and landed on the Cordova Arms listing--and I'm so glad I did! It's a convenient walk, the apartment was extremely clean and cool, and the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Traveling solo as a woman can sometimes be stressful, but the place was very safe and the other residents I encountered were incredibly friendly--even helping me figure out how to use the laundry facilities! I was able to walk to Whole Foods to get groceries, got Ubers quickly and most importantly--slept great! I didn't use the pool, so I can't speak to that amenity but all the others were excellent and as advertised. I would definitely recommend and stay again!
