Great overall, despite a few issues

The property was nice and easy access instructions. Overall the stay was great despite a few hiccups that arose that was out of their control, however the host responded very quickly to all issues in a kind and friendly manner and often followed up to assure everything was okay. The only other complaint I would have is that there is no guest parking, only the one space assigned for the unit.

Me and my family of four had a great stay and time here. Apartment was cozy and clean. We liked that it was close to many stores and food options. Not a long drive to the beaches, I’d say 7-15 minutes depending on traffic. Everything else you’d need in the area is walking distance. Pool available at property and communication from host was very fast and attentive for our questions and needs.

We had an excellent stay. We could hear the neighbors from the hallway but couldn't hear them at all through our shared wall. It would be nice to have a drying rack or ice trays, but very minor thoughts about an overall very pleasant stay. I will say that the listing I looked at just said there were machines to do laundry, and did not specify that the laundry is a shared one for the building. You need an app and while its $2 to run, there is a $10 minimum on the app.

The property is very beautiful I love the interior setup especially in the units it its a beautiful place to stay… many restaurants in the area, grocery, liquor store, pharmacy, bank just about everything that’s needed. Airport is less than 20 mins away. It’s a perfect place to get away.

Not What I Expected – Needs Improvement Despite Good Equipment I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The location felt a bit unsettling — the street was dark and unappealing, which set the tone from the start. While the apartment appears attractive in photos and at first glance, it felt more like a set from a reality show makeover — visually appealing but lacking quality finishes. There were several details that stood out for the wrong reasons: loose tiles in the bathroom, blinds that didn’t fully cover the windows (which made the bedroom visible from the street at night), and a streetlight beaming directly across the bed, making it hard to sleep. I also found the bath/shower setup to be quite unsafe, especially since we were traveling with my 75-year-old mother-in-law. Another concern was the presence of mosquitoes inside the apartment, even though the windows remained closed. On a positive note, the apartment is very well equipped — TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils. That said, the overall cleanliness could be improved, especially the windows and walls, which were noticeably dirty. With some care and attention to detail, this property could offer a much better experience. For now, I’d say it’s not suitable for guests looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a higher standard of accommodation.

Clean, pleasant, wifi issues

Trip was booked last minute as I was evacuating the Tampa area due to a hurricane. Very difficult time paying through their online system and no way to pay upon arrival as no actual front desk. Finally able to pay, arrived late in the night. Room was ready, clear instructions given in advance. Clean and nice space. Liked that it was an apartment space and separate room for myself and my child. Full kitchen area, no dishwasher. A bit noisy due to the king bedroom being right next to the parking lot/road. Also people working on the elevator for 8 hours one day and this was very loud. Biggest complaint or issue was with the wifi for the Roku tvs. Would work for a few minutes then buffer or stop working all together. Continued for hours. Communicated via message to the booking people, very responsive, even called me. Ensured it would be addressed the next day. Seemed to work ok for a while the next day, but still had issues. Maybe not a big deal over all, but having a young child that wants to watch tv does make it challenging. Pleasant experience overall for the circumstances to which we were there.

THIS STAY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED PREPARING MEALS AND SITTING OUT BACK FOR LONG TALKS AS SUNSET THE POOL IS NICE AND BEDDING SUPER COMFORTABLE YOU'D PROBABLY NOT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE HUGE TV FOR MOVIE NIGHTS INSIDE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE
