You have to request for makeup room which we did daily. And you need to follow-up several times and not until 6pm will the room be cleaned. Their reason is they only have 1 staff who do the cleaning in that area. They had this welcome card in the room but it had a different guest name, not our name. It takes so long to request for buggy assistance. In short, the resort is under staff. They had more gardeners than resort staff.
