Stylish hotel with helpful staff. The sustainability aspect was important to us. To further that initiative it would be great if there were vegan options available in the cafe, at breakfast and in the restaurant however, we enjoyed vegan restaurants in the near vicinity, especially Streka.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Prague, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and I would love to stay here again. The style and decor is great and the lobby bar area is a lovely place to have a coffee, food or cocktail after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast is delicious! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay during our honeymoon in Prague! The hotel was exceptionally clean, bright, and in a great location for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond for our honeymoon with a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne. We would stay here again!

This 4 star property is located in 'New" Town but the Old Town is an easy walk away. The room I stayed in was at the back of the hotel accessible with an elevator near the The Secret Garden, and was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Lovely rooms and really nice decor throughout. My only complaint is that the breakfast plates were too small! :-)

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Great location, within walking distance to transit/restaurants/convenience stores and transit. The room was very lovely and clean and the bed super comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, informative, and even surprised us with a welcome bottle of Champagne for my Husband's birthday. Great stay, would highly recommend it!!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Very helpful to answer questions about area and airport shuttle. The Garden Cafe was lovely and so was the QQ Asian Kitchen. Highly recommend both. Prague was such a beautiful city and the hotel and comfort room were great choices

Absolutely loved this hotel. Cannot fault it in any way. Walking in it felt like a resort, it smelled amazing, the ambiance was calm and relaxed. Check in smooth, room was beautiful, plenty of space and amenities. Breakfast was superb, a huge range of food options. Fresh drinking water available in reception, comfortable lounging spaces. We sat in the secret garden one evening and enjoyed our complimentary Prosecco. Overall highly recommended. Very convenient for the tram. Restaurants nearby was great too.
