It was probably one of my favourite accommodations during my 2 weeks in Colombia. Wished that i had found similar type of options elsewhere. The room was very spacious and comfortable, even though there were 2 double beds. Surrounding areas were nice and cozy even though it was situated beside a mall. There were also dining options, tour companies, car rental companies as well as a supermarket along that stretch of road for your convenience. Its located less than 10mins drive to the international airport here. But that means that its a bit of drive from the main city centre areas. Which was fine by me as i only had that one night to stay and had an early flight to catch the following morning. Overall, a nice and comfortable stay. Worth the amount that i paid for it.

Al llegar es bueno tener el número de habitación pues no fue posible buscar por nombre o cédula. Las instalaciones son modernas y cómodas. El ascensor puede tener mejor limpieza. Las camas son limpias y muy cómodas. La atención vía whatsapp es muy oportuna. Con respecto a la habitación el aire le costaba enfriar la habitación pero funcionaba a la larga. La grifería parecía suelta pero totalmente funcional. La cocineta es cómoda , súper completa , con todo lo necesario para cocinar. El baño es amplio limpio y cómodo. Hay TV y speaker, escritorio y amplio clóset y mesas. Definitivamente el staff es muy amable y colaborador.

En general es un buen lugar, por su ubicación, limpieza, área común para trabajo y zonas aledañas. Desafortunadamente no tuve acceso a internet y mi red de celular estaba deficiente; así que no conté con tv ni acceso a redes y material de trabajo. La comunicación con el propietario, administrador o intermediario no fue posible. Debo replantear la utilización de espacios Airbnb u otras aplicaciones para mis viajes, porque no se ubican responsables para solucionar dificultades

I have been an Expedia VIP customer for more than 18 years, and I’ve always had positive experiences when booking through their platform — until now. The check-in at this hotel was the worst service I have ever encountered. After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. with a 75-year-old lady, expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and despite having a confirmed reservation, we were left without assistance or proper service. The situation became so unacceptable that I had no choice but to leave and search for another hotel at that late hour — something I have never had to do in all my years of travel. This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I hope management takes action to improve their service and ensure that no other guests have to go through what we did. Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived on a Sunday and were left completely stranded when no one from management responded to help us complete our check-in. Despite the guard’s efforts to contact several colleagues, no one answered. We had no choice but to take another Uber late at night and search for a new hotel at 10pm—with a 5am flight the next day. This hotel offers no 24-hour support, which is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to provide hospitality. Never again.

Estuve por días intentando modificar mi reserva, y ustedes hoteles.com me decían que ya se había modificado, al comunicarme con el hotel me decían que su equipo no había realizado el cambio en la plataforma, cuando volví a comunicarme el día que debió haber quedado el cambio me salen con que el cambio tiene un cobro, un cobro que nunca fue mencionado en las 10 veces que me comuniqué con ustedes y que el valor es más caro que la noche que ya había pagado. Son unos estafadores que tienen pésimos servicio al cliente y quieren que el cliente pierda su dinero siempre.

Clean, modern, walking distance to mall with good food, God access to taxi. Everyone is polite. Only negative: we had a room with 2 double beds. There is a strange smoked glass wall between the shower and main room which you can totally see through. It was strange for a room with double beds.

Incomodo pero limpio y seguro

Pues en general no fue mala la experiencia, pero de toda mi estancia en Colombia, fue el sitio más incomodo. El lugar es lindo, está bien ubicado, limpio, seguro y demás, sin embargo, se anuncia para 3 personas, con una cama Quenn que sí tenía el lugar, y un sofá cama matrimonial, que no tenía el lugar. Ese detalle me lo resolvieron al siguiente día de manera inmediata, ya que al no tener personal como tipo hotel, pues es más lenta la comunicación (pero el sofá cama ni de tamaño de una cama individual era), sin embargo, pusieron la ropa de cama y toallas faltantes, y la atención del personal del edificio es buena, igual de quien responde en atención el celular. Así que bueno, la sugerencia es que se anuncien realmente con los servicios que cuentan y especificaciones claras (el sofá cama fue a ras de suelo, una persona mayor no podría dormir ahí). Volvería claro, pero solo si fuéramos dos pasajeros.

All was very good. A couple of observations for the property manager: - Towels were barely OK (not felt properly washed), and - Communication (phone number / whatsapp provided was useless)
