Stayed one night as we were there for a concert. Check in took a bit long, our room wasn’t ready but they were able to accommodate us in a different room. Clean and very spacious room, hotel was quiet even though it was in a busy area and just 3 mins (walking) from Toyota Center. Valet service was fast the day we arrived but a bit slow the morning after, although it could have very well been due to several parties checking out very close together. Only problem we had with that was how guests paid more for using their service ($58 I believe) vs non-staying guests ($37?). Requested hypoallergenic pillows (or just an alternative to their down pillows), as the ones used trigger my allergies badly, but they did not have any for us to swap out with - bummer because otherwise the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and seating, and they also have a little “pantry” area available to guests. All in all, would stay here again, although I’ll definitely be bringing my own pillows next time.
