We stayed here for the first time with our little one and we absolutely loved it! So much to do, very family friendly. Our boy loved the water park and the games room! We will definitely be back once our boy is older so he can enjoy the kids zone! We enjoyed the daily kids activities and I got my hair braided which was awesome. Excellent hotel for families. We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or catch the tram to surfers paradise. The rooms were great, a little worn, but comfortable and the aircon works great. You spend hardly any time in your room anyway. I would recommend spending as much time at the hotel as you can as the kids will get a lot out of the facilities, the activities and the opportunity to make friends.
