Noise from street level made conversation difficult even on floor 9. Stopped when bars closed.There are no supplies in kitchen and none at front desk. 2 plates, 2 juice glasses, 2 forks, 2 knives. No mugs , no tea. No Coffee, no bowls. No hot water, no dish soap. Therefore useless kitchen. Breakfast good. Nice bed and toilet paper and lovely Brazilian staff.

Adorei a estadia no hotel! Os quartos são limpos e muito aconchegantes, com toalhas impecáveis, limpas e perfumadas, assim como os cobertores. O ar-condicionado também funcionou perfeitamente durante toda a estadia. A equipe foi sempre muito solícita, educada e atenciosa, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Como única observação, a cozinha não dispõe de utensílios para cozinhar, o que pode ser um ponto a considerar para quem pretende preparar refeições no local. O quarto tem uma decoração com um estilo mais retrô, especialmente nos móveis, mas é muito confortável e acolhedor. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar aqui! A experiência valeu muito a pena e recomendo a estadia.

Sempre fico neste apart hotel. Localização excelente, o apartamento é ótimo. Café muito bom. E dessa vez fomos em família e ganhamos até um upgrade! Mas ressalva para alguns detalhes: * A hidro funcionou apenas um dia. * Um dos banheiros estava com a luz queimada. * E se tomar banho e um dos ambientes estiver com o ar condicionado ligado o aquecedor desliga e água fica fria. Ou seja, o hotel requer manutenções para melhor atender seus clientes. No mais, ficaria novamente.
