Nice hotel close to the station and the central. No elevators, good to know if your luggage is clumpsy. Had a small but pretty cozy room with a bathtub (no plug for bathing however, asked for it). Everything alright except for the service fee when checking out which always sucks, it was like 20-somethung. Include it in the prize instead, just feels like being scammed for more money when already having paid

This hotel was near everything we wanted to do in Toulouse and was nearby several shops and places to eat. Beautiful city and room. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely a great value. And all of the staff were friendly and helpful, I'd give them 5 stars plus. Good location near the train station. Downsides: As mentioned in the listing, there is no elevator, and there is a climb even to registration. Room exceeded expectations in size. All was clean except for some dirty grout in shower. Not many amenities, but only 1. 5 Euro for decent coffee from a machine. I'd return for the staff and the value.

Short stay arriving by train so this hotel is great as it's a very short walk from the station. Very friendly staff at check in and at breakfast. Room was great for the price paid, obviously some city noise due to central location but nothing dramatic. Everything was clean and functional, I slept well and left feeling refreshed 🙂

A great little good value hotel for a weekend break. The staff are so friendly the location is great for transport links and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Toulouse. The rooms can be a little smalll (some) and the decor a little dated but its cheap and who spends all day in their hotel room? Also the air-con is a god send on hot days.

Staff was exceptional! and friendly! Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent location to catch train and bus from airport. Rooms were minimally furnished. We stayed a total of three nights (two different dates) and rooms were different. Could’ve used an end table and better lighting.

Great location. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The room was comfortable. Having the toilet apart from the shower was nice. However it would have been nice if there was room to close the door, when sitting on the toilet.

The location was close to the train station which fit our needs. The bathroom door did not shut and we had problems with inconsistent electricity. They told us we should not have plugged in our computer. We thought breakfast was included but it was not. It could use a facelift. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Check in started at 2pm and if one arrived early, one has to leave the luggage in the storing area. The room is doable, it’s small with 1 small table and 1 stool placed at the corner. The only drawback are the noises cranking from the ac/heat system, it runs every 5 minutes. I forgot to point out the molds on the wall behind the curtain. Location very convenient to walk around the area. Stayed 2 nights

The staff was very friendly. The room was dingy and had a weird smell. There was a pile of smelly blankets in the closet. We got housekeeping - they cleaned the room and left the bed unmade. They ask you to put your towel on the floor if you want it replaced. We did not leave it on the floor, but it still was replaced which was wasteful. Paperthin walls - we could hear our neighbour snoring. Location was great, very central. Good value for breakfast. 3 flights of stairs to get to our room.
