The staff was phenomenal! The front desk worked very hard to accommodate us for check in and assistance in arranging pick up at the train station for our arrival. We had a great stay at this hotel! It's conveniently located close to Milan's city center, with easy access via nearby trams (also to the central train station). There are plenty of restaurants in the area, which made dining out simple and enjoyable. The hotel is new. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel bar prices are expensive. There is a supermarket across the street. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan!

My second stay, large double and standard doubles, both more than adequate. Clean and certainly business friendly, pleasant 15 min walk to Doumo. Breakfast is fairly basic and there was less selection from my easier visit.
