Lovely hotel in one of the prettiest villages I have ever visited.Amazing views from the restaurant make it a pleasure to just sit with a drink and enjoy the scenery. Parking is available and we did manage to get a space easily although it is on a first come basis . Staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful, recommending a wonderful walk along the river which takes you into Bath city centre. The continental breakfast was plentiful and offered a good selection. It pains me to mention anything negative however I feel that the cleanliness in our bathroom could have been better . Overall a wonderful stay and will book again on one of our frequent visits to Bath .

The room was clean, but small. It was nice that they provide a free continental breakfast every morning. They don’t have a lot to offer as far as their menu the rest of the day though. I like that they have a working water wheel out there, but I only got to see it briefly for a few minutes since it was only on for a brief time during our stay. If you stay there take advantage of the public foot paths and wander around because the area is absolutely gorgeous. The room has good circulation. It was nice that they let us store our baggage before check-in.

Room 126 Nice hotel with only 10 pound parking for whole stay, lovey location ,large patio to have drink or even breakfast overlooking the river. BAD points Very small rooms no room to move round ,with large patio door open to main car park path .rough sealing behind toilet system ,had to pay 30 pound deposits on check in extra to full price already been paired why

We only stayed for a night on our way to Dorset but we were very happy. The staff were friendly and helpful. They are clearly short staffed but did their best. The hotel is NOT suitable for anyone with physical disabilities mobility issues. The staircase down to the restaurant is steeper than the Eiger Mountain. But you can access it via the external door! Top tip!

This is a charming hotel with a lovely view of the river, the weir and green fields and hills. The working water wheel is especially appealing. Very peaceful and quiet, but only minutes from Bath City Centre, either walking or via convenient bus stops. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place to stay.

Breakfast was a very basic continental but it suited my needs and was fresh and delicious. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Room was like a little chalet, very neat and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the sound of the river flowing to the side of room it helped send me to sleep. Will definatly stay here again when I travel to fetch my son back to University and when i come to visit him here.

Room was very compact, smallest wardrobe ever, very little storage or room to move. However the decor was amazing everything that you needed was in the room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as continental very limited choice. Again evening menu was limited but the food was lovely. Location was good, short ride into Bath on a bus, however a very nice pub located a 5 minute walk away. Parking was a little tight but there were always spaces available for a small fee. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel especially for the price. Our room was lovely and well maintained. The bathroom could’ve done with a spruce up but was functional. No air con so it was hot even with the fan provided. The staff were polite, helpful & friendly. The breakfast was fine, a bit limited but okay. Only one, very busy, member of staff available. A decent stay in an expensive city. I’d recommend!
