Otelin temizliği ve personel idare eder seviyedeydi. Fakat ekim ayında kaldığım otelde gece çok saatlere kadar gürültü bir an bile durmadı. Gelecek kişilerin bunu dikkate alması lazım. Uzun kalışlarda sıkıntı yaratabilir.

The manager came to the room of guests without permission. On the last day, the hotel manager opened my room door halfway without my permission, using the excuse that the key had been left behind the door. The most disturbing part is that there was a double bed directly behind the door, and both my wife and I were inside the room and not properly dressed. Despite this, he opened the door without receiving permission. When I started shouting, he closed the door. He then falsely claimed that he had not opened the door at all. If I had not shouted, he could have entered further into our room. This was a serious violation of our privacy and completely unacceptable behavior for someone working in a hotel. An absolutely terrible hotel with a disastrous level of service and extremely unprofessional staff. They continue to rent out rooms in a hotel that has no hot water, while telling guests that the problem is only temporary and will be fixed. I stayed at this hotel for three days, and they did not provide hot water even for a single day. In fact, I was unable to take a shower at all during my three-day stay. The shower water was extremely cold, and they repeatedly gave us excuses and told us to wait instead of honestly explaining the situation. The ceiling of the hotel is also extremely noisy. Simply having someone walk around in the rooms upstairs creates a tremendous amount of noise, making it extremely difficult to sleep at night.

Das zimmer ist eigentlich sehr schön. Vor allem der tolle Balkon. Leider hat das warme Wasser nicht funktioniert und das wurde auch erst ne Ankunft mitgeteilt obwohl wir vorher Kontakt hatten. Es wurde auch nicht wie versprochen am nächsten Tag repariert. Nach einiger Diskussion bekamen wir das Geld für die 2. Nacht zurück und sind umgezogen. Generell ein nettes Hotel. Super Lage. Leider sehr laut wie überall in der Altstadt

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and on time. The hotel is located in Kaleici, which can be a bit noisy at night, so it’s something to keep in mind. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I had a wonderful stay. I would gladly come back again!

Çok keyifli bir otel. Manzarası müthişti. Çok tatlı bir çift işletiyor, çok keyif aldık. Tek sorun otel yanında bir bar vardı gece baya bi müzik sesi geldi. Ama otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok. Ses dışında bir sorun olmadı.
