All the staff are great. The breakfast-buffet had a good selection of food. All the public areas still look very impressive for a 3 star hotel except for the drained-down lobby water fountain centerpiece that management don’t know what to do with. A metal spike placed in the center of the pool complex spoiled all photos. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and a good size, decor was spoilt by wallpaper peeling away from all walls. There was an empty cabinet where a refrigerator once lived; a fridge would have been welcome compensation for the absence of any drinks in the room; also, no full length mirror - both of which are expected for a 3star hotel. There was a useless room safe with its lock removed. The bathroom was in a terrible condition, with a broken toilet seat, a toilet brush well past its usable life and all the stainless steel taps, the handrail and pedal-bin required a deep clean. These jobs are not for the normal room-service team with the fault being with the room’s manager! We were unable to find the well-hidden advertised Hot Tub anywhere! The car park is now 8 euros per day with nearby parking difficult at times.

all the spaces in the hotel are very clean. hotel is in a quiet area. hotel is close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of choice. the hotel has a cafetaria where you can get hot and cold drinks.

Have to say ALL the staff were polite, friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble Room was clean and good size, needs more coat hangers. Furniture & decor tired and scratched. Bathroom was also clean but decor needs attention, wallpaper coming away from walls. Tap was very hard to change from bath to shower. Had to request second bath towel. Balcony floor needs tiling just rough concrete on floor. Had dinner on first night none of it looked very appetising and it was ALL cold. Cooked Breakfast also all cold and fried eggs all undercooked (snotty eggs). Ate dinner out next day and had cheese & meat breakfast next day.

Staff are great, the hotel is a little dated but you get what you pay for. Pool area is generally quiet and a great place to relax. The whole vibe of the hotel is the same so if you want a quiet stay that does the job, it’s the place for you.

Single traveller.

A comfortable room with a good bathroom. Breakfast could have been better as there were no English style tea bags available in spite of quite a few British guests. Service and cleanliness were both fine.

Could offer tea- making facilities- could not get a kettle to borrow. Restaurant could stay open a little later. 10 pm is too early. Missed dinner 2 nights because I couldn't get back from my conference on time and I didn’t want cold picnic food at night.

The hotel is okay, the rooms are comfortable, but the restaurant food is DIRE! Hot food not hot, cold food not properly cold and it is impossible to have a coffee without sugar unless it is black! However, the location means there are lots of places nearby to eat, just do not book with dinner ! Even breakfast was awful.

Ett hotell med eldre innredning men som blir godt vedlikeholdt og ivaretatt. Litt harde madrasser, men ellers gode. Deilige rene tykke hygieniske håndklær. Frokosten var overraskende god med godt utvalg. De ansatte er åpenbart lei av gjester som ikke snakker spansk og er rett og slett gretne og ikke villig til å tilby hjelp om de ser noen trenger det. Men det er vanlig mange steder i Albir, forståelig nok med så mange utenlandske som ikke nødvendigvis oppfører seg pent.

El hotel Rober Palace debió ser un buen hotel cuando lo inauguraron, pero la falta de mantenimiento hace que no sea un hotel recomendable. Empecemos por la habitación: 1. La cerradura estaba desajustada, lo que daba sensación de inseguridad. 2. La habitación no tenía nevera, aunque sí hueco para poner una. 3. Las camas eran minúsculas y con colchón de los malos. Éramos una pareja y la habitación estaba configurada para 3 personas. 4. El soporte de la ducha hacía que el agua cayese en horizontal, lo que te obligaba a ducharte al fondo de la bañera. 5. Regular la temperatura del agua era muy difícil, o salía hirviendo o fría. Sigamos por la piscina: 1. El césped que rodeaba la piscina parecía un prado ya que llevaba al menos 2 semanas sin cortar y tenía numerosas calvas con barro 2. Casi todas las tumbonas estaban estropeadas; las de tela plástica estaban vencidas y en muchas el mecanismo para regular la inclinación no existía. Las tumbonas de plástico duro no tenían una colchoneta que te permitiera tumbarte. Estaban totalmente desordenadas y no había sombrillas. 3. El jacuzzi de la piscina lo fue en sus mejores tiempos, los mandos de activación de los chorros estaban destrozados. 4. La piscina si bien tenía el agua limpia en las paredes tenía manchas de algas. Por último, el desayuno era poco variado y de baja calidad. Todos los zumos eran de bote. El hotel necesita una reforma profunda.
