10/10 Exceptional

Surprisingly good service.

I’m rarely surprised at any hotel, but this staff was on their toes to serve us in any way. As an example our breakfast was served with a smile & we could select anything we desired, and all this at a 3 star hotel? Nice, we will be back.

4/10 Fair

This hotel is run by a nice and serviceminded person, but the rooms are not what you expect from a three star hotel. The whole organization needs shaping up in order to offer proper service. The food was good and the pricing OK. The overall impression of this establishment is that it is a decent restaurant, with limited possibilities for staying. That is depending on the low standards of the rooms.

ambienti vecchi, non troppo puliti, nessuna accuratezza nell'accoglienza, tutto molto lasciato al caso.

2/10 Poor

Con una temperatura esterna di 10 gradi mancava riscaldamento e pure l'acqua calda
