We are from Australia and travelling around the world by bicycle. We had a lovely warm welcome and made to feel nothing was too much trouble . Very pleased to be able to safely store our two bicycles. We enjoyed all the facilities so much that we stayed an extra night. Very relaxing ambience and we enjoyed our day off the bikes . The kitchen was able to deal with my intolerances and produce delicious meals. Breakfast was delicious too. A big thank you to the wait staff for looking after us so well. Highly recommend!

Still waiting for my dresses after 5 months

Our airconditioning broke down, it was almost midnight and we had to change rooms. I was tired and I forgot 2 dresses in the closet in tje old room. Next day we left early. Later I found out I forgot my 2 dresses. They found only one, one disappeared? I asked them to send me my dress, almost 5 months later they still didn’t send my dress. I ask every week, where’s my dress, they ignore me.

Elle en annule une mais nous facture 2 chambres au prix fort, elle nous facture également les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils étaient inclus d’après Expédia. 100€ de perdu en tout. The location and grounds along the lake were very nice. The restaurant and choices from the menu and buffet were also excellent. The only downfall would be that the 2 pools were not in pristine condition as the one closest to the restaurant looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile and the one by the lake was cleaner however it had a lot of bugs and leafs floating on the surface. Overall however the staff made up for those downfalls.

Hidden beauty.

Best place in small town, take you breath out, very comfortable, friendly staff. Boat cruise was Fabulous. We arrived few minutes after the heavy storm but staff was very welcoming and helpful. We will come again with more family members.
