Breakfast was slightly limited (boiled eggs, for example, would be a welcome breakfast item to enjoy with toast and the good coffee), but the fresh waffle was delicious, as well as the fruit and yogurt. The room was spotless, and the manager and his personnel excellent.

It's clear the owners are refurbishing this motel right off I-91 in Putney, VT. The bathrooms are freshly tiles, wooden floors replace wall to wall carpet, new lighting and thermo pane sliding doors. If you need a bed on a long drive, support these folks. Putney Food Coop is just up the road for great coffee and a wide choice of food.
