This place is old but good, it is slightly off the main road. The reception staff is super amazing and friendly. The bus stop is outside the hotel on main road which is 15 mins to central station. There are lots of cafe and restaurant nearby.

Poor experience: -No AC (10 euro charge per day if to use) -No hot water in shower -Fungus in shower -Lots of ants in room -Bed bugs, woke up with several marks on skin -Room in general was poor condition -Hotel tried to only accept cash for city tax, got mad when I paid with card -After heavy rain, at night the roof leaked water and dripped on bathroom floor.

Unfortunately, Milan is very overpriced for accomodation so this one one of the only options. The checkin guy was nice, however for the price it's severely lacking in quality.

Quarto limpo, boa localização com comércio e restaurantes na esquina. A equipe foi muito educada e prestativa. Ficamos 2 noites no total e na 2 noite já trocaram nossas toalhas e lençóis, o que foi ótimo. Recomendo o hotel.

Il est précisé que toutes les chambres sont équipées d’un ventilateur, mais lorsque j’en demande un au réceptionniste, il me dit que ma chambre est climatisée et que je dois payer pour l’utiliser (10€), j’ai beau lui expliquer que j’ai réservé une chambre avec ventilateur mais il ne veut rien savoir. Étant contrarié et par manque d’argument, il commence à vouloir me rejeter la faute…aucune excuse ni geste commercial, ça ne semble pas être de mise dans cet hôtel Quand je lui dit que je vais payer pour la climatisation puis faire une réclamation à Expedia/hotels. com et probablement laisser une mauvaise évaluation, il se fâche et ne m’écoute plus, me refuse le paiement pour au final me vende l’option Clim à 20 € Une Honte !!!! Ça aurai pu s’arranger si il avait été professionnel et conciliant. Le problème c’est la différentes entre ce qui est vendu et proposé…. Mais peu importe on veut faire payer le client, sans l’écouter ni le respecter Du coup je n’y reviendrai plus Chambre très basique et vieillissante (voir photos)

Hotel itself is nice but its location is not ideal

Clean and spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of food nearby even at midnight. Only problem is the neighbourhood seems too quiet at night and the graffiti on the wall might makes you think twice to walk alone at night.

Arrivati all'Hotel, siamo stati mandati ad un altro indirizzo, da un foglietto di carta appeso alla vetrina. Arrivati alla destinazione abbiamo notato che è un albergo gestito da cinesi... Nella stanza c'era puzza di fumo ristagnante e le pareti erano scrostate. Non pretendevo un 4 stelle,ma così era troppo.
