The receptionist was very friendly and escorted us to the parking lot. The place was very clean and the room had amenities. The location is excellent, close to the plaza where the Trojan Horse is located and the boardwalk. Within walking distance, you'll find many restaurants and bars, as well as the clock tower. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here.

A very clean and comfortable hotel with everything you need. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was pleasant. The bathroom was spotless, and the room had a small terrace. Food was great, bed was comfortable, staff were amazing & very helpful. So much to see and do in this town & so close to Istanbul but a lot more chilled. Ferry across to Gallipoli with a tour, go see Troy and do shopping for all your souvenirs! Must visit! Locals are so hospitable. Loved my stay here.

Excellent throughout the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location for everything from shops, restaurants and bars to the ferry boat terminal. Where a short journey brings you to the start of many, many WWl locations, memorials and Cemeteries. Also Troy is not far away. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and rooms spacious. The breakfast was also very good as were the excellent staff throughout the hotel.

The place is in the middle of the town, so the car is not needed to checkout the town. The hotel was old and tired looking. The furniture needs an upgrade. The breakfast was below expectations. The smoke smell was saturated in the our non-smoking room. One more thing, the robe provided was ripped beyond repair!

Daha önceki yıl arkadaşlarımızın kaldığı ve memnun olduklarını düşündükleri için bu otelde konakladık. Öncelikle Çanakkale dar sokakları’ndan ve konumundan dolayı otopark ile ilgili anlaşmalı bir yerleri varmış bununla ilgili fiş veriyorlar ve ücret ödemiyorsunuz otoparka ancak bunu bize söylemedikleri için ve fiş de vermediklerinden dolayı otopark ücretini ödedik ve bununla ilgili bize yardımcı olmadılar buradaki mesele otopark ücreti değil umursamazlık aslında. diğer bir konu Mado’nun kahvaltısını veriyorlar ancak moto kahvaltısı ile alakası bile yok çok ciddi sıkıntılar vardı . Bir tane kız koşturmaya çalışıyor ancak herhangi bir sorun karşısında verdiği cevaplar tatmin edici değildi sürekli geçiştirdi çay demlenmeden önümüze gelmişti söylediğimiz de daha yeni koyduk diye cevap aldık 30 Ağustos yüzme yarışlarından kaynaklı bunları göz önünde bulundurmanız gerekirdi. Odalar güzeldi biraz küçük olsa da iki günlük konakdığımız için sorun yaşamadık. personelin biraz daha duyarlı olmasını temenni ediyorum .

Öncelikle uzun zamandır alamadığımız bir hizmeti bize sunduğunuz için teşekkür ederiz. Her sabah odada yeni bir şişe su bulmak, havluların değiştirildiğini ve çöplerin atıldığını görmek mutlu etti. Açık büfe kahvaltı yazan yerlerde açık büfe değil serpme kahvaltı veriyorlar, siz ise gerçekten açık büfe kahvaltı imkanı sunuyorsunuz. Tüm bunlar basit gibi görünebilir ama yıllardır hizmetteki kalitenin düşüşünü gören misafirler için bunlar takdire şayan detaylar. Yine çok basit gelebilir ama lobide sunulan su ve limonata ikramı da harika bir detaydı. Çıkarken teşekkürlerimizi ilettik ve bize eksiğimiz varsa da belirtin lütfen dediler. Gel de takdir etme 👏 Güler yüzünüz ve hizmetiniz için tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz.
