After receiving instructions for checking in, things move smoothly. The owner was very forgiving for a later check in, but arrangements can be made if out of hours. The breakfast variety was good and other guests were great to meet also

Not a bad area, felt safe here. Had bus stops close by to get around Belfast. The room was an older house, I think great for a younger clientele and budget friendly.

Parking was to the side of the house so a bit difficult to maneuver but otherwise a nice casual self-serve kind of place. Goodfellas pizza is a 2 min walk and quite good - family friendly.

Easily accessible via public transport with a Glider stop right outside. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There is no staff on site and because it's right on the main road, the environment is extremely noisy and difficult too sleep. Basic amenities in the washroom weren't provided, such as hand soap and shampoo. No parking available with on-street parking doesn't guarantee a spot.

A bit too rustic for a business trip

So far the experience has been ok. To get the keys was quite an adventure sunce the check-in is only between 1 and 2pm which doesn't work if you're travelling for business. The lady that helps with the hotel organisation is not on site but she's very polite over the phone. Also, the shower pressure is quite low

Location was OK. The owner did not appear. Instructions were Ok, however this is not Bed and Breakfast Accom for tourists - other occupiers were east european workers. Smoking at entrance, litter , no staff on site so no rules followed. Glad to get out of there.

Check in time very short, and when the time window expired there was no comeback. Very disappointing and we had to stay in the car overnight as the host would not answer the phone

Dont stay here

Property on hotels.com mentions that checkin time starts at 1 pm and ends anytime. But they actually only allow check in till 3 pm. There was no communication about this whatsoever. Even hotels.com did not take responsibility and my money was wasted. Disappointing.

The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful.

OK I guess

Ok, to start, the woman who runs this place is absolutely barmy. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's a fact. Also, she doesn't live on site, so you're kind of on your own. And the breakfast is.... not a hot breakfast. It's just groceries in the kitchen. So be prepared for that. The room was TINY. I mean SUPER SMALL. And there's not much parking - if the place was full, you might not get a spot. It's a great neighborhood, and reasonably comfortable. It's a bit weird when they knock on your door and ask to measure the room. I mean, am I meant to say no even if I want to? Still awkward. You have to get your soaps and stuff from the hall. And there might not be any. So yeah, it's okay. But not great.

Encantadora y acogedora

Atención muy buena. La responsable, Vivian, encantadora y habla español. Lo único, baño a compartir con otra habitación (aunque nosotros tuvimos suerte porque estuvimos solos). Desayuno autoservicio más que correcto. Viene una mujer por la mañana a limpiar y preparar agua caliente para infusiones... Os aconsejamos que hagáis la reserva antes del mediodía si sois de los que improvisáis, ya que aunque la web os deja coger habitación por la tarde del mismo día, podéis no encontrar a nadie a vuestra llegada, pues aunque es un B&B, los dueños no viven allí y tienen atención hasta las 19h más o menos. Con nosotros se portó muy bien, vio nuestra reserva y acudió desde su casa para atendernos, pues ademas "venere" nos había cobrado la reserva al momento (nos podríamos haber quedado tirados). Si os pasara llamad al teléfono de la web y os atenderán. En nuestro caso, Vivian nos envió un sms al móvil para confirmar nuestra reserva y la llamamos.
