I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is in a great location! It’s walking distance from all the tourist attractions. There is also food nearby and convenience stores. As a solo female traveller, it felt very safe. The staff is so helpful and kind. I needed a few items and each time I asked for something they had great customer service. The hotel and my room were very clean which is highly important to me. The room was small, but if your looking for somewhere to sleep and shower only since you will be out roaming around then this is a great place to stay!

Five stars for location. It is literally walkable to the mosques and bazaars and trams. The staff are very helpful. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The staff carried our suitcases all the way up the stairs. The room had air conditioning which was amazing in 30 degrees Celsius weather. The beds have no blankets just sheets but you can ask the staff and they will supply you with blankets. The room was small and bathroom needed to be renovated. If you’re from North America this would be a 2 star hotel but for the area it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic - close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and restaurants and shops (including the Grand Bazaar). There is no elevator and the hotel is basic but has what you need. We had a family room with a balcony/terrace, which had great views of Hagia Sophia and across the Golden Horn to the contemporary side of the city. The breakfast was somewhat limited, but there were still a number of things to choose from.
