The hotel and rooms was very clean. The was AC was working really good. There was no heat. There were some nice that he got a little bit chill but there was no heater the breakfast and the food was really good. Very good quality food. The staff was very friendly and very attentive there were no snacks in the room like they say that they had snacks. There were no safe box to put my important papers in a safe box. There was no ironing board no snacks like they said that the room will have the phone wasn’t working. I had to go downstairs to reception to ask for anything that I need. They only have one toilet paper and I had to run downstairs to ask to bring more. I don’t think it was worth what I pay.

Lo mejor del hotel es el servicio que prestan, ya sea en la recepción o en los restaurantes la atención es excepcional. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con Wifi, buen aire acondicionado y limpias. La comida a precio internacional y rica. Lo mejor de la comida es las opciones que te ofrecen en el desayuno con una vista estupenda. La piscina es pequeña y requiere algunos cuidados así como los muebles de la recepción que están rotos, pero eso no limitó que tuviéramos una excelente estancia

El aire acondicionado tenia una fuga de agua la cual caian gotas en la almohada El servicio a la habitación el personal te insiste en que tienes que cancelarle una colaboración por llevarte el servicio al cuarto. El servicio al cuarto tardo y llego toda la comida fria La llave del agua fria del lavábamos no servia Las puertas de la ducha oxidadas El servicio via whatsapp no estan atentos hay q llamar para que te respondan La hora de salida indicamos varias veces una hora pautada y a la mañana siguiente no habían informado al personal de relevo para que nos buscaran y pudieran hacer el traslado al aeropuerto, tuvimos que esperar.
