Staff at Grand Dolphin were very helpful and courteous, starting from the front desk management to the dining staff. Laksmi from the reservation team made my car bookings to Ayodhya, Boat Tour for Ganga Aarati and Airport pick up. Prices were reasonable and she was very responsive to my requests. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Varanasi.
Amazing place for the most reasonable price among many hotels and guest houses in Varanasi. I travelled alone and was afraid to face bad behavior, not so clean rooms and other problems. But the team of Kedareswar BB is doing the amazing job!
The hotel is on the Ghat that is super easily reachable both from the big road, and from the river side. The location is super safe and spacious, so you will not get lost or scared by narrow streets. And you can enjoy Ganga view in the mornings right from...
It is the best hotel which provides approximate all the facilities and provide rooms for stay at night and all also having a beautiful welcome guesture that's really impressed us it is just an awesome place I think if you search for a hotel then I prefer the nest Residency Hotel thank you
Great value, excellent breakfast buffet! Very nice staff (Thank you Santos). Great spa. Location is off the river front but still nice. You’ll have to cab or tuk tuk to the riverfront and old town but at 60 to 75 a night, it’s a deal. The bar and lounge on grounds is also a gem. Thank you for a nice stay 👍
Free airport shuttle (as described in Expedia) is not correct. They ask for 1000 rupees per vehicle one-way.
Bathroom and towels were not so good.
Staff and services were good .
In-house restaurant food was good .
Communication response from hotel were always prompt.
Overall the price is little high.
I stayed at Ekam Kashi for three days and had a great experience. Archana at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen, Jathragani, served excellent food, especially the dinner thali. The restaurant staff, Neha, Lucky, and Akash, were warm and made us feel like family. The location is a big plus.
Management was great!! He spoke perfect English and was very helpful with everything. There is a straight walk to the main ghat on the Ganges, Dashashwamed Ghat, it’s about 10 minutes, and they have major ceremonies every night.
