le personnel a été courtois, charmant, très serviable, cependant, la chambre, même une suite n’est pas digne de ce nom, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, mais a été réparée, les prises de courant ne tiennent pas au mur, la robinetterie de la douche, pareil de plus la moquette à l’entrée de la chambre était Mouillée. Et comme je marchais en chaussettes, j’ai eu les pieds mouillés. . Je vais demander un réveil à 3h25 ce matin, personne ne m’a réveillé et quand je suis parti, il n’y avait personne à l’accueil.

Meriterait une bonne renovation.

J'ai eu une des chambres du rdc et je dois dire que ce n'est pas ma meilleure experience hôtelière. Il faudrait un bon coup de renovation : moquette au sol tachée, douche abîmée, colonne de douche pas fixée. La chambre est grande mais ca ne suffit pas !

The transportation conditions for the clients are so por that I had to walk several Times to and from Anthony Station. The taxi they arranged to the airport robbed me with a 50 euros tarif, for a 7 to 9 km distance. The driver took so many neiborhood streets to finally get to the highway to the airport, which took us 20 minutes ride, just to justify the high Price he charged me.... So bad because the hotel should be responsible for those trips to the airport, not only for insuring the client s safety, but also the client s pocket and satisfaction. So bad!!!!
