This will be just another repeat of all the great reviews for this place. I have zero complaints. The location is great. The suggestions from Chefy were terrific and the room was just what we needed. AC worked wonders. Nice hit water and Netflix for the day we were stuck in due to rain. I would recommend this location to anywho and and cannot wait to return.

The property is a bit hidden but we actually walked right past the sign above the door on the side street. Chefy at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean with comfortable beds. Provided was body wash, shampoo and hand soap, small hair dryer, frig but no way to make coffee in the room. Many places to eat in the area. On a Main Street so could be quite loud at times at night.

staff was so friendly. steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. sprinter water taxi dock is nearby. since it was close to the beach, always seemed like someone cleaning the common areas, stairwell, etc to clean up after the tracked sand. room was clean. included body wash and shampoo. stayed for 7 days and will most likely stay here again if it’s available the next time i come back to san pedro.

The location is great - right near the caribbean sprinter ferry - this is convenient if you are going to other islands. The staff was amazing. Friendly and attentive. The other hotel guests were not the best - rude, clipping their toe nails on the common area furniture, hanging their underwear on the patio furniture like a clothes line. There is a dog that barks consistently. It’s very very noisy.

First time to Belize, first time to San Pedro. While the property is cute , the rooms were very small and there was only a shared balcony for 7 guest rooms, with very limited seating outside of your room. The other guests were loud and all seemed to be smoking cigaretts, so the use of the "shared" veranda was only usable if you didn't mind second hand smoke. The neighbor's dog barked incessantly, all night long and this was not a restful place to stay. The host was gracious enough, and I'm sure there are travelers who wouldn't mind the smoky, loud and cramped quarters, but this was not for me. I'll do a better job of research next time, and I wish the owner well.

My son and I had a great time in San Pedro and part of it has to do with the professional and accommodating services provided by Chefy and the staff at La Casa de Paz. For the cost of the stay, this location was worth it. The Carribean Sprinter Water Taxi service is just behind the establishment. This was advantageous for us also. Thanks again.

Family owned by very helpful caring owner... Right in the heart of town, near everything! You have pretty much everything needed for a good value of the price. (If they had access to a pool - it would've been that much better since the near by beach right outside was full of seaweed, so u can't really go in, but there's enough to do around without it too.)
