The room was lovely, staff friendly and helpful, and the lobby/bar areas were comfortable and welcoming, with lovely cocktails on the menu. We didn't try breakfast at the hotel.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Bethany for making the stay so worthwhile. She was Incredibly attentive, friendly, and wanting to help in any way that she could. For that very reason, I’m certainly going back to The Marcus. The rest of the staff were also friendly and welcoming. A wonderful experience in a great place to visit.

The room was a little small, even for Europe. But it appeared to be one of the smallest ones on the floor. However, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location.

Nearly £200 for a room the size of a cupboard. Comfy bed, black out curtains and air con all decent. Trying to park within walking distance or swinging a cat in the bathroom were equally challenging. Suggested cost for breakfast of £36 a rip off. Not the worst but very small.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Portrush. The hotel is very well located. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast served in the mornings was very good. The parking is offsite but we had no issue finding street parking close to the hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we find ourselves in this very beautiful part of the world.
