Overall, I’d say it was a good stay. It’s in a safe area, the apartment is a good size for three people, it was relatively clean, close to the metro, and communication with the hosts was good.
The main downside was the check-in process. We were supposed to receive all the check-in information on the morning of our arrival, but 45 minutes before check-in we still hadn’t received anything. Once we contacted them, it took a while to find our reservation because they couldn’t search by name or by the Hotels.com confirmation number.
The other downside was that management seemed a little cheap. We were only provided with a very small amount of body wash and shampoo, there was only one mug for three people, and this is the only apartment I’ve stayed in where basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper weren’t provided.
