I had a fantastic stay at Savassi Village Hotel! The hotel is great, with excellent service from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely awesome! The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the team working in the breakfast area was simply amazing. The girls there were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The only small issue was the sandwich maker, which needs to be fixed. Hopefully, the hotel takes care of it soon to make the breakfast experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

O hotel é super bem localizado, numa parte + tranquila de Savassi. Porém, os lençóis não estavam muito limpos, travesseiros com espuma velha e toalhas secas demais. A tv foi um problema, não pega nem canal aberto, pedi ajuda e nada. Me colocaram num quarto que tinha ligação por uma porta com outro e ouvia todos os barulhos do "vizinho", foi horrível pra dormir. Mas fora isso, a equipe é atenciosa e o café da manhã, ok..

Quarto bem espaçoso, cama extremamente confortável, excelente para um descanso merecido. Box do banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro gostoso demais. Quarto tem frigobar. Ponto negativo que prejudicou demais, ar condicionado simplesmente não gelou. Chamei funcionários e nem eles entendiam por qual motivo não gelava o quarto. Esse fator prejudicou bastante ter que dormir no calor. Café da manhã razoável, demora extrema para reposição de itens. Em vários momentos tive que pedir pra repor o pão de queijo. Demora absurda pra limpar a mesa com itens utilizados por outros hóspedes. Apesar da equipe da cozinha ser extremamente simpática, falta efetivo pra dar conta da alta demanda de hóspedes.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, arejado, com muitas janelas, ar-condicionado gelando bem. O quarto conta com frigobar e pia de apoio; o banheiro tem um espaço razoável e o chuveiro é bem forte. Eu adorei. A equipe é muito gentil e prestativa, uma pena que não gravei nomes para avaliar pessoalmente. A academia conta com equipamentos básicos; para mim, não foi nada, pois não usei. O café da manhã é bem variado com várias opções de pães, frutas, café, iogurte, ovos mexidos. A localização é excelente, bem próxima do ponto de embarque do transporte oficial do Instituto Inhotim. A região conta com muitos restaurantes. Vale muito a pena o custo-benefício. Penso em me hospedar novamente em uma próxima visita a Belo Horizonte.
