★☆☆☆☆ — Dirty, poorly maintained, and unacceptable New Kuta Hotel was extremely unclean and badly maintained. I arrived around 6 p.m., but my room still wasn’t ready. There was no room key, so I had to rely on staff to open my door. The elevator only worked about half the time. The doors would open and close, but when I pressed my floor button, the lights would go out and then come back on. It made me nervous to use it. The room was dirty, and the whole experience was so unpleasant that I ended up booking another hotel for the evening. I would never stay here again.
