Quaint but could definitely do with an update. Didn't try the free breakfast but looks decent enough. The hotel is next to the road leading to Echo Point so there's quite a bit of road noise plus the shades don't quite block out the light. Won't recommend to light sleepers. Location is good - a short drive to food, shops and attractions

Second time we’ve stayed here and it works well for our family of 5 with one toddler who sleeps with us. I like the old world cozy feel. One thing that could be improved is communication because we were travelling late at night and had a very late check in but hotels.com didn’t send us check in instructions how to get into the property I had a hard time finding the check in message until I actually went into the app to message the property and that’s when I found it. It should have been emailed to me with the booking confirmation and that would’ve avoided a few moments of panic at midnight. I did try to call at around 7pm but the phone line doesn’t work.

This is a great place to stay on a budget. It's very reasonably priced, the rooms are spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location as well. The only issue would be the outdoors could use a good clean and maybe a little renovation.
