Easy access to everything and beside the Gwangalli Beach during busy season made it worth while. Staff are ever friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were so clean and fresh. Indoor hot spa made it better after a long day touring around Busan as a tourist. Great for family of 4 and transportation for taxi is easy.

Spacious rooms with modern furniture. With separate living and sleeping rooms, the place has the feel of a one bedroom apartment without a kitchen. Location, being right next to the famous Gwangalli Beach was very convenient for eating out or walking. Rooms were clean, staff very helpful. Small luxuries, like Dyson hair dryers were available on request. Didn't try their breakfast because we had to leave early.

Hotel B'Amu is in a great location on Gwangalli Beach, which is where my partner and I spent most of our time on our stay in Busan. The room was very clean, bed was big and comfortable, and we utilized the big tub/spa one night in the room and the water was clean and hot and it made for a relaxing evening. The major con to the hotel were the pervasive smell in the lobby and even our room. I am not sure if it was due to our room facing the fish market in the back of the hotel (maybe beach view room does not have same problem), but also the lobby smelled moldy and rank. Additionally, the air conditioner kept turning off after an hour or two and no one at the hotel was able to help. I unfortunately would look into other hotels next time I am in Busan because it seems like there are a lot of options on Gwangalli.

This is a great hotel for couples, but not recommended for families. We stayed with two children and had a disappointing experience. If you are traveling as a couple, consider the following points before booking: 1. Vibe/Reputation: Uber drivers frequently referred to the property as a "motel," reflecting its focus on couples rather than families. 2. Housekeeping: While courteous, the staff was unhelpful. When we requested four towels instead of two for our family, they said Ok but never provided 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast consists of a sweet egg, ham, and cheese sandwich topped with very sweet whipped cream, which we found unappealing. 4. Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned and constantly had sand on the floor. 5. Misleading Room Description: The room was advertised as having great beach views, but it had no view at all.

B’AMU was my favorite accommodation in Busan and Korea in general! Location: Excellent location in Gwangali, Busan. It was right across Gwangali beach next to the line of buildings with walkable cafes, restaurants, and entertainment. Property: The property was clean and we noted that they did offer a parking area. We did not have a car but from the main entrance, it was a little inconvenient to get to the lobby because you had to carry your bags up 1 flight of stairs to reach the elevator to go to the main lobby. Lobby: The lobby was small. The staff were English speaking and friendly. They sat us down to speak about the amenities you can choose from (i.e. different hair dryers). They were able to store our luggage before check in. We appreciated that they delivered our luggages directly to our room when we came back and they even escorted us into the room. Food: They provided breakfast and gave us 2 options, which were not basic. I opted for the abalone porridge. Room: We stayed in the premium ocean king. The room was beautiful and large. It had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living area with a large spa/ tub all overlooking the beautiful city and ocean skyline. It had a large fridge and they provided water. It had a lot of empty cabinets and we wished it had a microwave/ a stove. The beds were soft and comfortable. Bathroom: Clean and with many amenities. I appreciated that the toilet room was separate from the shower room but I wish the toilet room had a sink.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Its right on the seafront so the view was lovely and location was perfect, lots of places to eat nearby. The only drawback was it could get quite noisy out the front which wasn't too much of an issue for us but could be for some people. Also the noise of the drains in the rooms were sometimes quite loud. Overall great value.

The hotel is placed right on/beside Gwangali’s beach frontside with serene like views of the ocean. The room was nice and clean. The in room spa was amazing and enjoyable, however does take time to both fill up and drain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Since my stay was perhaps longer than the average (1+ week), there were a few details that perhaps could be considered: Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning (as an introvert, I loved this!), however when you check in, you have to choose which menu option you would like … and it applies for each and every morning you are staying there… after 5+ times of the exact same breakfast, it does become a bit tiring. If you don’t require cleaning, they leave extra towels and water outside your door. Again, great service but way too much for a single or even 2 guests. By the end of my stay, I had so many unused towels that it felt a bit wasteful. With this hotel you have to pay in advance without cancellation rights. Fair enough. Considering the conditions and the price, after staying 1+ week there, having to pay 30,000 won to check out 1 hour later I think is kind of a lot. They do hold your luggage for you, so that is quite nice. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I loved so much that I’ve already booked it again for my summer holiday. If the hotel were ever to offer a “membership” program for added perks, I would definitely sign up ^^

Family of 4 stay in the 2 queen beds with hinoki spa. room has fresh scent and it was cleaned everyday. Friendly staff speaks well English, americano/ fruit juice/ snacks/ tea/ are complimentary. The room has heated floor, air filter, samsung tv/ air conditioning. All of them are in new condition. Dental kids, women kids and shave kids are provided. Premium shampoo and conditioner from Kiels brand. I highly recommend this hotel and i will 100% stay here again
