I liked it, it was what I paid for and probably more compairing to hotel prices in Amsterdam. It was easy to get into the city centre by public transportation or Uber. The staff was lovely and every day we came home to clean room and made up beds. Lovely stay.

The hotel was well priced hence why we stayed. The only negative points were the shared bathrooms and there wasn't a bathroom on the top floor. Staff were great and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help assist.

Cheap option, away from city center

The hotel is within walking distance from a Tram staton. Walls are very thin and a wide variety of noises are shared. It is a good option if you don’t really spend time at the hotel. I would not recommended if you are traveling with small children.

Nice place for the price. Good for sharing a room with friend. Breakfast is not offered even at a cost. There is a vending machine and a coffee machine. Close to the tram or bus stop. 30-45 mins to the city center.

Hotel room is very small with single size mattress . Can accommodate only one person. Washroom was so narrow I couldn’t open my legs wide when I sat on WC. There are issues of bed bugs too which they should work on. The bedrooms and washroom are neat. Staff are very friendly. Nice and peaceful neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Thank you.

They did everything right and checked all the boxes. So here's what to know... It may not be a five-star hotel, but it operates like one... It checks all the boxes. I wanted a place to sleep which was close to transportation, and they provided it. Look, it isn't a luxury experience... Yet it's a small room.with a bed (surprisingly comfortable!) with a good AC unit - it was just what I was looking for on my.way back to Rottérdam. Great job, y'all!

Constructive criticism

The room was nice a bit smaller then I expected. The heater sound was way too loid and also one other sound was there that we could not identify. The bathroom and the restroom were cleaend but not behind the doors. So when you close them there is a lot of dirt. The stuff was nice and the room cleaning was good too.

Great Staff - Good location

This is a good little hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners do a good job. The WC is clean and shower is good. Wi-Fi is also good. I stayed in room 210 and it was comfortable enough for me however, unfortunately there was bed bugs and upon my return home i was suffering from multiple bites. Thought it was mosquitoes as i left my room window open but actually found evidence of them as i was i checking out. I didn't mention it to staff as i wasn't 100% sure. Other than the bugs the hotel and staff were good. I probably wouldn't stay here again though which is a shame because the location is also very good. Flipper Hotel management - -Please fix your bug issue as these bugs can travel and spread to your guests homes! Thank you!
