Good value and enjoyable stay

8/10 Very good

Nice and convenient stay. Close to time square. I’d wish for more staff/security at the entrance as it felt very open for anyone to come in. I would book again.

Excellent Choice With Great Proximity to Everythin

The staff was so nice and friendly here! They held my bags for me all day until my flight and ordered a car to take me to the airport. Thank you!

Hudson yards

I was almost perfect, just lack of being able to make a morning or evening coffee/tea, no facilities in the hotel
K, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Simone and the rest of the staff were excellent. Everyone was super friendly and not just to us. We'll definitely stay here again. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job. Our only suggestion is to close off the shower stalls and maybe replace the toilet tank insides. (The flushing system was a little janky.)
Greg, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Too noisy. I was on the first floor and was counting cars to try to sleep.
Raymond, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was clean and adequate. There was no closet, but there was a modular wire rack for hanging clothes, that was a bit odd.
Ann, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Broken AC and an issue with the vent in the room. Made it impossible to sleep well.
3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Loved my stay! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! I only wish there was a coffee maker in the room...or a microwave to heat up water. Everything else was great!
Melissa, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Had an issue with AC not working but it was resolved by moving is to another room. Great for our 1 night stay close to Hudson Yards
Audrey, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The fan on the AC was loud and rattled. There were no drinking cups in the room. Otherwise it was a very nice place.

So bad, just don’t stay here

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here. Checked in around 1, $50 early check in. Work pays for it, no big deal. Didn’t have an ironing board, asked for one as I was tight on time. Took them 5 hours and asking 3 times for them to come through. Random candy from the last guest on the window. Windows were filthy. Didn’t share the Wi-Fi password, asked someone who didn’t know at the front desk. Gross place. Rude people.
Andrew, 2-night trip

I enjoyed my stay, the front desk staff was excellent!

I was unable to get in touch with the hotel itself when i had a medical emergency. I also tried talking to a representative from hotels.com, who was helpful, but they never followed through or were helpful.

Half Marathon Stay

excellent location to times square. Walking distance to most attractions or the subway to get to other attractions. would most definitely stay again!
Joanne, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Great location away from all the hustle and bustle. But I was on the first floor no black out shades so it was way too bright to sleep and so noisy. The room looked clean but felt uncomfortable i felt itchy while in bed and while the bathroom was cleaned there were random stray hairs around. Hallways were too dark and although the esthetic was cool, chic, and modern the room was small, pillows were uncomfortable.
Roshini, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Overall was a good stay. The courtyard was locked off which was disappointing but overall the room served its purpose.

Not bad for the city

Close to many sights; easy to get around. We had dirty sheets when we checked in. But they did get us new ones. First floor room was close to the street noise. Heard the cars and honking all night.

Not worth the price

I liked it when i walked into property it felt at first I am getting for what i paid for, after check in went downhill, countertop dirty, bathroom shower curtain rod had paper towel holding it up, who has a mirror in their shower?? Thats awkward. There was no trash bin to even put your trash in it. Would have been nice for at least a mini fridge. Definitely not worth $355 a night I've stayed at others near by with so much better hospitality and comfort this wasnt it. This place should do better for what they charge. I will never be staying at this place ever again. Oh and they want to charge you extra for early check in it is kinda ridiculous.

Great place to stay for longer visit to NYC

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not a traditional hotel but interesting and quirky. Staff always knew my name during my 7 night stay. The most important aspect is its location. On 42nd Street but away from the busy Times Square
