6/10 Good

Not bad overall, except for the roaches and crack pipe in the room. It's an older building, so the smell wasn't unexpected, but definitely could have been cleaner. Staff were helpful and friendly

8/10 Very good

Staff excellent as before. This time the pool and hot tub were open, but the hot tub was only warm, and only one jet was working. Pool was pristine. Room had slight dog smell and clump of dog hair on floor when I checked in. The two main lights in the room were not working and the staff member told me they could not be fixed. I was not able to do my tax work as a result. Call ahead if you want to make sure pool and hot tub are working as they often are not.

The place is clean with nice rooms. Our only complaint was the hot tub was luke warm so not great. But otherwise we like this place and have stayed there several times on our trips to Cruces.
