Overall, we were fairly disappointed in our stay at Villa Ivanka. We were able to check in a bit early, however, which was a nice plus. The room itself was well equipped with a mini fridge, electric water kettle, air conditioning, and armoire to hang clothes. The bathroom is tiny though, and the shower was difficult to use the way the doors close at a corner within a few inches from the vanity corner. (For reference, I am only 5'1" and the shower felt tight to me.)
The frustrating part though was trying to arrange an airport transfer early in the morning. We called several days in advance, and the rep was friendly enough. She told me that someone would meet us at check in and show us where to meet the car, but we did not get confirmation that the car service was booked. We received self-check in instructions via WhatsApp, and did not actually meet a staff person, so I messaged several times for confirmation that our car was booked for the early morning ride. I finally received a message back saying there was a rush in the office and asking about the time of our flight. When I didn't receive any additional information after several hours, I called (after 8pm) and spoke to someone for our 4:30am departure. Lesson learned: just use Uber to arrange a ride to the airport. It cost 45 Euros at this time of day, and with the exchange rate from the driver (who wanted cash, but we were not informed of this by the Villa Ivanka rep) was $53 for a less than 10 minute ride.
