We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 boys ages 15 and 13) and we stayed 3 nights in the Residence Lagorai in early July 2026. We thought the apartment was very nice. Check in went smoothly, it was nice to have a staffed reception. The apartment was comfortable, well-appointed, and well-located to walk into Tesero. There was a nice view from the property (but our room was facing the other way). We absolutely loved Tesero, which was a pleasant surprise since we'd booked this accommodation solely for proximity to the Dolomites. It served as a good base for visiting the Dolomite region and also as an attractive spot in itself with plenty to do and see nearby. Parking at the hotel was free and easy, and we enjoyed the on-site game room and playground. While we had an overall very positive experience, there are a few things that anyone planning to stay there should be aware of. Wifi strength was spotty. Apartment access requires walking up a flight of stairs. There was no AC (but it was thankfully not too hot). Hours for using the pool and sauna were limited to just a few hours per day which hampered our ability to enjoy those amenities. Room is expected to be cleaned at checkout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and thought it apartment was more or less as advertised and - perhaps most importantly to us - an excellent value. And again, we simply loved Tesero and would gladly return and stay here again.

This hotel was very nice for our stay. It was clean and very much like an apartment with a full kitchen. The staff was very kind and helpful, we also used the laundry for 5 euro a load which I found very reasonable. However, the location of this is not ideal for traveling. The town had one restaurant which is good but not ideal and google maps told us there were more, but they were all closed or didn’t exist. We knew the drive to sights would be far but 2-3hrs every day got pretty tiring so make sure you are aware of that before you book.

Voglio premiare la gentilezza delle persone che lavorano qui e l'ottimo livello di igiene ma non posso dare il massimo dei voti. ​Il mio appartamento (n.45) affacciava sul parcheggio: una vista sgradevole accompagnata dal disagio di avere passanti costanti davanti ai vetri e al terrazzo. Se cercate tranquillità, questa specifica sistemazione non è l'ideale. Anche la zona piscina e gli spogliatoi sono estremamente ridotti come dimensioni, risultando poco confortevoli nei momenti di punta.

Ottima posizione. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Appartamento semplice ma comodo per le esigenze di una famiglia, stupendi gli spazi esterni comuni ed ottima la possibilità di utilizzare i barbecue. Funzionale anche la piscina riscaldata.
