Mal, si tienen la oportunidad de reservar desaprovechenla hice mi reservacion semanas antes y llegué el día a la hora indicada y sin más me indicaron que si tenían mi reserva pero que no tenían habitacion y que tenia que verlo con hoteles.com sin más ni más. Les dije que aunque no me respetarán el precio que me brindaran jna habitación y se negaron. Estuve llamando a hoteles.com por horas sus y no me dirigían a un asesor. Por chat me atendieron, me dieron un folio y jamas tuve respuesta. Tenia un evento ese mismo día por la tarde y lo perdí porque tuve que buscar hotel para no dormir en la calle. Cuando logre comunicarme con hoteles.com resulta que el hotel jamás indicó lo sucedido, mencionan que jamas me presente cuando no fue así y ahora tengo miedo que me carguen los 2 días de habitación. Ya levantaron mi caso espero hoteles.com me vrinde solución.

Personal de recepción muy atentos y amables, el registro fue rápido, nos asignaron una habitación con buena vista hacia el malecón, habitación amplia y cómoda, el único pero es el tamaño de su estacionamiento; si llegas algo tarde ten por seguro que ya no hay espacio y tendrás que estacionar en la calle (hay vigilancia)

La habitación estaba polvosa, camas cómodas eso si, sin embargo algo que no me gustó fue que el agua de la regadera se filtraba hacia la habitación. El aire acondicionado tiraba agua. El estacionamiento es bien estrecho y los carros pueden topan al entrar. La alberca está bien, buena vista desde las alturas pero algunos azulejos están desprendidos y puede lastimar la piel.
