Surprisingly great value for the room quality (very clean, very silent), if you are able to accept that not all rooms have own wc or shower, instead use the shared ones on corridor. They should have some lights on the lobby and better instructions front door when arriving late, not obvious at all that one needs to go back to dark alley and ring a bell there for remote access after 19:00.

The location is good. It's easy to walk to the centre. It's ok if you can't afford a better option. Tiny rooms, no free WiFi, no access to communal area, no access to boiling water. Our room was quite noisy in the morning.There is no atmosphere and the pictureson the website makes it look better than it actually is. My advice would be to spend a bit more and get a better hotel.

Had a relaxed stay in a family studio - had everything we needed for a nice break, it was clean and the daily housekeeping was.discretely done. In spite of being near the entrance to the level barely noticed the neighbouring guests coming and going. Late flights meant even later arrival, but the phone was answered on the second ring and guidance from night porter was easy to follow. The staff were friendly and available if needed, but unobtrusive. The street is calm and safe the surrounding neighbourhood had some interesting shops and bakeries, and with the metro a short walk from one end of the road and the harbour swimming spot at the other end of the road - plus a short walk to.the city centre - i can't think of a better place to return to next time I'm in copenhagen

Rooms for the most part were pretty good for what they were. We had double bunk beds. The space between them was a large suitcase flipped opened horizontally if sitting on aode of bed. Would NOT be able to open it vertically. Parking lot is very limited. The rooms were pretty well cleaned, though we did find some random hairs on the bedding. Biggest issue was with the bathrooms. The bathrooms need a serious update. Toilet room and shower may have been clean, but the stuff is so outdated, worn out and stained, but you dont know and are afraid to use. If the bathroom and shower facilities were updated, I would gove this place an overall 5 for the value you are paying.

Almost no info at the reception....Clean room...limited amenities .... High price (for what you get)! PS: If you leave early morning as I did around 6am, (be careful) the reception might be closed and you´ll need to leave through the carpark; and by the way, where do you leave the keys (checkout)....?! Well, figure it out yourself (there´s a post box aside the hotel entrance)...

The studio apartment was very dark and totally NOT as the pictures in the hotels-app. There was only 1 key and we were 3 adults, so it was very difficult to plan our day. The apartment didn't get cleaned in the 2-3 days we stayed there.
